Old Market of Balik Pulau (2 February 2013)


Balik Pulau Old Market is a now demolished market building in the Balik Pulau town. This used to be the location of the town market before it moved over to its new site. After a few years of being left in a disused state, the decision was taken to demolish the market, in order to free up some space for a new car park, to alleviate the congestion in the central part of the pekan. The car park is now known as the Balik Pulau Old Market Car Park.

The nearest bus stop is served by Rapid Penang bus 401, 401E and 502.
