Bukit Mertajam Kuan Yin Temple (GPS: 5.36765, 100.46297), (Traditional Chinese: 大山腳觀音亭; Simplified Chinese: 大山脚观音亭, Pinyin: Dà Shānjiǎo Guānyīn Tíng, Penang Hokkien: Tua33 Snua3 Kha1 Kuan3 Yin3 Teng2 ) is a Chinese temple within the town centre of Bukit Mertajam. This is the main temple dedicated to the bodhisattva Kuan Yin of Mahayana Buddhism. The temple dates back to the pre-war period and has been rebuilt since then.
