Foong Wei Heong Restaurant (GPS: 5.42104, 100.33205) is a restaurant along Sri Bahari Road in George Town, Penang. It is a typical Chinese-style restaurant where you are served a saucer of peanuts. People often come here for birthday and wedding dinners. I have eaten here once, for our company dinner, where we had phun3 chye3, or in Cantonese, phun choy, a mixed basin of food.
