Lee Rubber Factory (GPS: 5.40803, 100.47611) is a rubber factory in Kubang Ulu, Bukit Mertajam. It is one of the few remaining rubber factories in the country. Lee Rubber used to have other rubber factories, such as one in Paya Terubong, but these have since been closed down. The Lee Rubber Factory in Kubang Ulu continues to receive rubber from the surrounding plantations.
