On this page I list out the housing estates in Malaysia as I come across them. Housing estates are the mainstream property development in most towns of Malaysia, except in places such as Penang Island, where scarcity of land results in most residential properties to be high rises. But for the rest of the country, it is still the norm to develop housing estates.
