Maxim Cafe is one of many coffee shops lining New Lane in George Town, Penang. It occupies the corner shophouse behind Wisma Central. Maxim Cafe is open for business during breakfast as well as dinner time. It is busiest during dinner, when other stalls in the area began operating.

Most of the stalls occupy the outer perimeters of Maxim Cafe. Among the stalls found ehre include the almond cream and sweet broth stall, the satay and the fried oyster.

Getting there

Take the bus to Macalister Road and walk to New Lane from there. Alight at the bus stop in front of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. The Rapid Penang bus 10 passes through here. As you go down the road, you will see Maxim Cafe on your left.
