Menara Zurich (GPS: 5.42231, 100.32993), formerly known as Menara MAA, is a modern office building along Argyll Road, in George Town, Penang.
The glass-clad structure is 13 storeys tall. It was built in 2001 and stands at a height of 49.33 meters. Menara Zurich is located next to Bangunan MCIS Zurich. Menara Zurich houses the Penang office of Zurich Insurance Malaysia Berhad, until April 2012 known as Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad. The address is 170 Argyll Road.
In 2018, Menara Zurich was renamed Livingston Tower.

Getting there by public transport
As there are no buses to Argyll Road, the nearest bus stop is on Transfer Road, about 10 minutes away on foot. Check for buses to Transfer Road.Livingston Tower is
