Today's dinner item is inspired by a dish I ate in my friend's home in Germany a few decades ago. This Pan-fried Cabbage Rolls that my wife made today, 8 November 2016, is based on my directions. The cabbaged is wrapped around minced pork and steamed. Then it is pan fried until the outer layer caramelises. The combination offers a wonderful aroma which I cannot describe to you. It is a simple recipe which I hope you can try one day.
