Perak House, or Rumah Perak, is the holiday villa belonging to the Perak royal house in Batu Ferringhi, Penang. It is built in the early modern style, and has its back to the shoreline. It has two main levels with the third opening to rooftop balconies. Rumah Perak is located a short distance from the Christian Convention Centre, and is not open to the public.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Batu Ferringhi. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 101 and 102.
