Rempah Udang (14 February 2013)
Rempah Udang, often corrupted to Lampak Udang by the Nyonyas, are glutinous rice rolls filled with sautéd spice paste. It is wrapped with banana leaves. The glutinous rice is spicy due to the sautéd spice paste which contains fried dried prawns or haeh3bee4 and grated coconut.
