Tapak Penjaja Jalan Utama (Western Road Hawker Centre) is a hawker centre along Western Road in George Town, Penang. Located next to the Penang General Hospital, it is patronized mostly by the hospital staff.

Tapak Penjaja Jalan Utama existed for many years in an increasing wanting condition until it was upgraded by the Municipal Council of Penang Island (MPPP). The upgraded hawker centre was officiated on 23 January, 2014.

Tapak Penjaja Jalan Utama sells mostly Malay food, as most of the customers here are Malays. The stalls offer the staff and patients an alternative place to have their meals in addition to the cafeteria within the hospital.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop along Dato Kramat Road is served by Rapid Penang bus 10, 102, 201, 202, 204, 304 and 502.
