Bulatan Kampung Pandan (GPS: 3.13899, 101.71997) is a road interchange on the southern part of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The name refers to a roundabout that used to be there. Nowadays part of the traffic circle has been obliterated, and instead flyovers and underpasses were built to provide unimpeded flow to traffic.
Bulatan Kampung Pandan is the meeting point of Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Kampung Pandan and Jalan Yew. Ramps also connect the various roads to the Maju Expressway (E20).
