Jalan Doraisamy is a road in the Chow Kit neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. Today it is a one-way street with traffic flowing from Jalan Sultan Ismail in the north to Jalan Dang Wangi in the south. In between, the road branches off to Jalan Yap Ah Shak and Lorong Kamunting 2, both on the east side.

Jalan Doraisamy was originally known as Doraisamy Street. It was named after Singapore-born R. Mr Doraisamy philanthrophy included donations to his alma mater, the Methodist Boys' School, where a hall was named after him.
