Seri Menanti (GPS: 2.69795, 102.16023) is the royal town of Negeri Sembilan. This is the official residence and seat of the Yamtuan Besar, who is the Head of State of Negri Sembilan. Seri Menanti is also a mukim or county within Kuala Pilah District.

The main tourist attractions of Negri Sembilan is the Royal Museum of the Palace of Sri Menanti (GPS: 2.69752, 102.15792) , also known as the Istana Lama or Old Palace.
