South Harrow Station (GPS: 51.56473, -0.35217) is a station of the London Underground in South Harrow, in the London Borough of Harrow. It is in Travelcard Zone 5. The station building is on Northolt Road beside the railway line which crosses the road on an overpass. The bus statioin is just beside the station.

The South Harrow Tube Station is served by the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly Line between Sudbury Hill Tube Station (heading towards Cockfosters Tube Station) and Rayners Lane Tube Station (Uxbridge).

South Harrow Tube Station started operating with the Metropolitan District Railway, precursor of the District Line, in 1903. In 1932, services between Ealing Common and South Harrow was taken over by the Piccadilly Line.
